We are located on the first floor of the Wellington Green mall next to City Furniture. When coming to the store please park outside City Furniture, walk in their entrance to the mall and we will be the first store when you exit City Furniture.

Nope! No order is too big or small for us.

You can either email us the files, attach them to our Contact Us form, or bring the files on a USB drive to the store. The better resolution image you bring, the better the image will print, please try for .EPS, .PDF, .AI, or a high resolution .PNG, .JPG

Yes! Discounts vary by quantity, printing locations, and printing methods. Please submit as much information about your order on the Contact Us page to receive a quote on orders over 6 pieces.

Yes! You are able to bring in your own items and there is no minimum.
Our team works quickly to process orders, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes after the order has been submitted. However, please contact us immediately and we can try to accommodate.
Embroidery items will ship out within 5-7 business days.

Screenprinting orders will take 10-12 business days to ship depending on quantity of shirts and amount of colors printed. This is your lowest cost option, however it is also the slowest!

All Direct to Garment orders that are submitted using StudioLab with 2 day turnaround will be printed and shipped within 48 hours-Please note this is independent of choosing a USPS 2 Day Ship. Next day Turnaround may be added to any order for $3 per item. As far as transit times, USPS delivery estimates will vary but a tracking number will be provided after order is complete.
Unless the item is damaged we are not able to offer any returns or exchanges on personalized items

Yes! We love working with creative individuals and companies to create unique products.

Being that we offer different products and styles, we recommend to view the sizing chart for the product you are ordering to determine what size you should order. We offer a range of products inside the store, please feel free to stop by and view the items for sizing.
If you cannot find the size or product you are looking for, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Our website is currently linked to one of our main distributors but we are able to work with other suppliers across the country.
Yes! If you are interested in shipping your own products, please contact us to discuss best shipping method.
If it is your company logo then we are able to do that. We are unable to duplicate company products that have similar products being sold in a retail environment. We are happy to work with companies and customers that show proof of ownership for the intellectual property.
For Example- In the past we embroidered warm up suits for Calgary Flames hockey team. We were granted permission from the NHL to embroider the logo on the specific items.

Vinyl

With vinyl, a machine is used to cut out shapes and letters which are then applied to products with heat.
As long as the shirt is washed with mild detergent, and low dry settings, the vinyl will hold up forever
No, vinyl does not bleed in the wash. It is a type of plastic.
Yes, your shirt can be washed normally, but for best durability please avoid the dryer. It also can be ironed inside out.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a decoration method that sews a logo or design into a product using needles and threads.

Yes, for a one time digitizing fee we are able to embroider your logo onto hats, shirts, jackets, etc. Digitizing is required in order to convert your logo into an embroidery file.

No, embroidery is sewn in to your product and will not come out.

Yes! Embroidered products can be washed and dried normally.

DTG

Direct-to-garment printing uses ink to print a digital image directly onto the shirt.
For the best quality and color vibrancy, 100% cotton is highly recommended.
Yes, for best durability please wash inside out and avoid the dryer.

With DTG printing, ink is printed directly onto the product. As long as it is properly cared for, it will not fade or come off.

No, you can print full color images at no extra cost.

Sublimation

For sublimation, images and text are printed onto a sublimation transfer sheet and then are applied to products with heat.
We offer sublimation on polyester shirts, mugs, license plates, keychains, ornaments, pillowcases and more.
Yes, sublimated products can be washed. For cups and mugs, hand washing is recommended for the best durability.
