We are located on the first floor of the Wellington Green mall next to City Furniture. When coming to the store please park outside City Furniture, walk in their entrance to the mall and we will be the first store when you exit City Furniture.
Nope! No order is too big or small for us.
Yes! Discounts vary by quantity, printing locations, and printing methods. Please submit as much information about your order on the Contact Us page to receive a quote on orders over 6 pieces.
Screenprinting orders will take 10-12 business days to ship depending on quantity of shirts and amount of colors printed. This is your lowest cost option, however it is also the slowest!
All Direct to Garment orders that are submitted using StudioLab with 2 day turnaround will be printed and shipped within 48 hours-Please note this is independent of choosing a USPS 2 Day Ship. Next day Turnaround may be added to any order for $3 per item. As far as transit times, USPS delivery estimates will vary but a tracking number will be provided after order is complete.
Yes! We love working with creative individuals and companies to create unique products.
For Example- In the past we embroidered warm up suits for Calgary Flames hockey team. We were granted permission from the NHL to embroider the logo on the specific items.

Embroidery
Embroidery is a decoration method that sews a logo or design into a product using needles and threads.
Yes, for a one time digitizing fee we are able to embroider your logo onto hats, shirts, jackets, etc. Digitizing is required in order to convert your logo into an embroidery file.
No, embroidery is sewn in to your product and will not come out.
Yes! Embroidered products can be washed and dried normally.

DTG
With DTG printing, ink is printed directly onto the product. As long as it is properly cared for, it will not fade or come off.
