Screen Printing
With a required minimum of 24 pieces, this printing method is perfect for larger orders with few colors. Setup fees are required per color with a maximum amount of 5 colors per location.
Screen printing is the traditional t shirt printing method that most think about when getting shirts
done. Each color from the design is separated into individual layers and then burned into separate
fine-mesh screens. Ink is then placed on the screens and transferred through the small holes that were burned previously. This printing method is extremely cost effective when printing larger quantities and most teams, organizations, and businesses will choose this printing method to keep costs per shirt down.

Embroidery
NO minimums, capable of decorating on a wide variety of items and fabrics. When The days of watching grandma sew your name by hand into your sweater are over. With today’s technology, embroidery is made possible with computerized sewing machines, giving you endless possibilities of designs and colors to choose from. From adding a name on a new born baby’s blanket or having your logo embroidered on polo shirts for a newly established business, embroidery is a clean, professional, and forever lasting decoration method. Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a file that the embroidery machine is capable of reading. This file is a .DST that we are then able to transfer to the machine and insert the desired colors. When digitizing a logo the process will need to simplify any gradients or blends as well as small writing. This process starts at $35 for a left chest logo and usually increases per inch above 4.5” wide.
Digital Printing
NO minimums, no setup fees, full color photos, and fast turnaround, this printing method is perfect for a single shirt or 100’s of shirts.
Digital Printing is like a desktop full color printer but on steroids- instead of loading a piece of paper you load a t shirt onto a platen. This machine is capable of printing full color images and logos directly from Photoshop. With no limitations on color gamut this printing method truly wows customers.
